Is This You?
Do any of these situations sound familiar?
- Your days go by with no real spark to them.
You run on automatic all day long. You've forgotten what it is to have fun. You come home after working or a day out feeling let down. Something is churning inside.
- Your relationship has ended and you feel lost.
Whether it was your choice or not, he left and took your life with him. You feel empty, unsure of how to pick up the broken pieces and put them back into any sort of life that matters. Or you're still in a relationship but you're miserable. You can't or don't want to leave. But you DO want to have a life.
- You have codependent tendencies.
You are a people-pleaser. You take your cues from those around you. If they are happy, you are happy. You take care of everyone else but forget about yourself. You are always available, would consider saying no but don't want to disappoint. You are exhausted and wonder why.
- You experience more stress than is healthy.
You may have a high-powered job or just one that you go to every day, own your own business or manage a family. You get everything done but you don't have a minute to yourself. You never stop to take time off. You don't know what you would do if you did take time off. If you aren't doing something, you feel lost.
- You yearn for a solid relationship.
You are lonely. You can't find anyone interesting and you are tired of trying. You go out or you don't. You used to know what to do but now, it feels like too much trouble. You keep getting the same results: another dull and boring night alone.
- There is something you've been wanting to do but you can't seem to make it happen.
Maybe it is a creative project or something you've been wanting to learn or a business you want to start. But you never seem to find the time. You make endless excuses. You don't feel you can pull it off. Yet, the idea doesn't go away.
Maybe you've resorted to some of the following excessive behaviors in the attempt to feel better: shopping, talking on the phone, persistent email checking or internet games, reading, sleeping or the harder addictions such as alcohol, drugs, tobacco, gambling or eating disorders. That worked for awhile but it's not working now. If fact, you feel even worse.
If you find yourself in any of the above situations, I can help you.
My clients are generally women who seek:
- a safe, supportive place to hear their own heart
- a place to sort things out, to get back on their feet
- fulfillment beyond material comforts
- to bring something of value into the world
- to establish their own center of authority
- to create solid, supportive relationships
- to get rid of stress and bring in balance, passion and purpose
- lots more fun and lots less pain
- to find joy and peace in everyday life
Great. But what about you?
My experience has led me to determine some of the factors that lead to success.
Because honestly, this work is not for everyone. Unless you are willing to replace the discomfort of where you are by putting some attention and interest into your life, it would be difficult to benefit from this process.
However, if you find yourself nodding yes as you read the following statements, your desired results are within reach.
In general, you are someone who is:
- open and receptive to new ideas
- ready to achieve your goals even if you don’t how
- willing to go through the rough spots
- ready to let go of what isn't working
- willing to get in touch with your creativity and imagination
- interested in lifetime learning
- desirous of living life at a whole new level
- and for practical purposes, able to meet at a regular time each week
Imagine yourself one day looking back on the life you have today and smiling with pleasure because you took the time and made the effort to put some new ideas into place and change your life around.
Imagine doing the things that make each day come alive for you……anticipating with joy what might happen next.
Imagine revitalizing your dreams, living in touch with passion and purpose, living daily with ease and confidence.
How would this feel?
Take a minute and close your eyes right now. Really feel it. Imagine for yourself..... how would this feel?
Isn't this how you would like to feel every day? As you begin to mine your own diamonds, you get a glimpse of this feeling. As you continue, it gets stronger. And soon, you experience your life transformed. You are loving life!
